I will be rebuilding this announcement block in the next day or so.
While our platform software is the latest version, it would seem that we still have a less than robust site.
During attempts to resolve issues, other problems occur. The latest was a failure to accept passwords. It appears that had been resolve.
My apologies for all the problems.

And it Begins
Not too bad, but some rust to warrant the removal of the rear cap (plus we can then repair the typical cracks in the cap). Also, the new seal on the existing carrier compressor is holding good so far.

Looking forward to more photos of your progress! Always a joy to see an Eagle restored back into service. Can't wait to see you and your bus at a future Eagle rally.

Re: And it Begins
If this is the Ron Burgundy bus, would you mind if I combine the two threads.
Like Jim said, we love build threads.

Re: And it Begins
We're actually planning to re-assemble now! About to spend $5k on window replacements (motionwindows.com) so we can seal up the interior for winter work.
I was going to order aluminum sheet for the exterior, but we're now arguing over that vs. steel (for areas that will have no windows). They say Aluminum will warp with temperature changes, but my argument is that the lower 1/2 is aluminum, so... you're argument is invalid. lol.

Re: And it Begins
I used aluminum ( .125) . I heated and streched it . So far no oil can in hot weather. The bus has been in 90 degree weather.
