Hi Bob. Welcome to our site.

As you are finding out, Torsilastics for an 01 are made of unobtainium.

Folks add airbags to the front and drive axles on all the various models. However, on 05/10/15 models, trying to install airbags on the bogey axle seems almost impossible. I am not familiar with the 01 tag axle structure, but maybe it would be easier to set up an airbag system.

I just talked to a guy Yesterday and believe it or not he recently just cut up a set of tags for scrap a few months ago. I am still going to try and post and see if anyone has 01 parting out or just get lucky. There was a frame in Long Island New York a while ago but I lost the number. I would like to send a set to Sulastic and see if they would rebuild them. thank you for responding. Thank you for replying to my post

At least two eagles used aftermarket air spring axles.

Wayne Schell describes his axle in his amazing project thread starting here: http://eagles-international.net/forums/ ... 053b7585aa

Just a thought.
