I know nothing about this bus or diesel engines for that matter?? any help would be great.. it also doesnt shut off right away when i flip the power switch? Someone said something about a cable getting sticky as to the cause? its been parked for few years FYI Thanks

Re: adding coolant
Welcome to the forum
You add coolant to the tank that is on the left side - up fairly high. The tail light should open and the filler will be visible. You will want to use a diesel type antifreeze (hopefully that is what is in there now).
Your 6V92 should be a mechanical engine (as opposed to an electronic ddec engine). That will have an air operated solenoid on the governor that is triggered by the "ignition" switch. It will not shut the engine off until the bus builds air pressure.

Re: adding coolant
Even though you will not be driving the bus very much, you need to know how to shut the engine down before the air builds up (could take a minute or two and that can be an eternity if you have a problem).
Per the above picture, there are two skinner valves on top of the governor. The governor and valves should be on the right hand side (passenger side) towards the top of the engine. Both valves push on levers. One activates the high idle speed and one shuts off the fuel. I can't remember which is which but you can see them operate when you get the engine running.
You can physically push on the fuel lever to shut the engine down.

Re: adding coolant
I think on the that model of 15 you will find a surge tank inside the engine compartment on the left side to add the coolant mine does anyways

Re: adding coolant
Clifford noted that the tank may have a slightly different location on the 15. On the 10, the upper left taillight assembly opens up and the tank is right behind the opening.
In any case, you are looking for a tank with a filler "neck" as shown in the photo below.
