After I finished adjustment and alignment I have the total weights. It is not as heavy as I thought. I had weighed a while back at a truckstop and had a weight of 41,700 lbs.
With full fuel I now weigh 38,580 lbs. This was using state DOT and the scales I bought. The two were within 200 lbs.

This is the finished the electric panel under the bus after the 60 install. The engine requires 11 twisted pair to the front. I bought the cable at an aircraft surplus. They charged $ 1.50 per ft. up to 100', and $.75 per foot over 100'. even though I needed 45', it was cheaper to buy 100!!LOL I ran the other 50' back to front for extra. There are also a few left over wires from the removal of the 8-71. I left the 12 and 10 gage wire that was in the bus, and ran 2/0 welding cable for the front power supply. Behind the cover in the center is the termination point for the front. Above to the right of the drivers seat is a panel with non-switched, switched, and acc. panels. These are reset fused. They cover anything that could cause a problem on the road: lights, gages, etc. The headlights and any other high amperage loads are switched off the main below using 30 to 50 amp relays. These loaded are fused between the main 2/0 supply with auto-reset fuse relays in the appropriate amperage. I also have the windshield washer reservoir in this area. It is sealed inside, and has a rubber outside seal around the door.

Guess that didn't make good thinking!!LOL What I meant was that the cable I bought came with 11 or 12 twisted pair. Each pair was also shielded with aluminim, then the whole thing was shielded and covered with reinforced rubber. You know those airplane people, Redunant on everything!!

Okay Eric , I still can't get a normal e-mail to you so here I have witnesses.

I need the part numbers for
1. The hub city box you used
2. the fan hub assembly
3. the diameter of the pulleys you used
4. the part number for that cable and where you got it

also need the engine computer harness from the right side, the power, vehicle interface and communication connectors. It wasn't in that bundle of cables you got .
Did you get the engine paint from your detroit guy or some aftermarket brand ?
Thanks ED

P.S get a better Internet provider !!!!

Thanks Eric, for spending more of my money !
I just went to the garage and checked again, I got a couple of the ones for the injectors ( left side ) but not the three on the right. I will have it all sorted and plugged in a day or so to verify so on my next trip to you I will bring the old burned up ones I still need.

How many twisted pairs do I need to the front incase they don't have the same cable you bought?
Thanks Ed

You only need two twisted pair to the front. The cable I bought just happened to have all twisted pairs.

I recently installed electric shades on the front and side of the drivers area. I have two like new manual ones if anybody needs them.

I also built drawers under the sofa. I had to split the drawers to clear the sub woofer in the middle.
