I purchased this bus in Atlanta,Ga. in 1997, drove it to my shop and then looked to see why the bagage doors were leaning. Spent the next several months cutting out and replacing frame tubing. At one point the roof was the only skin still on the bus. While at it, we rebuilt the rest of the chassis and running gear, brakes, lines, valves, drop box, rear diff. etc. Installed power steering, removed the worn out 8v71 and installed a 1988 BigCam 4 cummins with a 9 speed ( shifts backwards, reverse is over to right and down), new windshields and wiper motors, smooth skinned the front from blade up to fiberglass under windshield, the front framing was so rusty and the entrance door so bad, I bought a new door frame and then welded it in and closed it, put a mid entry door and steps. When done with all of this, I have a totally rebuilt chassis and frame. Then I parked it in my barn at home for 10 years. In 2010 I decided to complete it so have spent 18 months trying to finish the outside ready to paint, and the inside, installed a gen set, 3 roof air units, and two road heat units, all of this stuff used. It will probably not ever be a show bus, but it will climb a tree or run all over the big boys on I-75. Will send pics soon, b4 and now.

Most of us use Photobucket. It's free and pretty easy to set up. You might take a look at this short tutorial on how to do it.
