Looking good, Jim. Is this the original photo size or did photobucket reduce them?

Hi Jim,

Nice to have another 01 on board, now that makes three of us!

Welcome and please post more pics, maybe larger so we can view it better. You know how we like our candy! ;)

A few more facts too, did you build it yourself? How long have you owned your 01?

Thanks,

Hi Jim. I too would like to welcome you to the Eagle group.

This is a place to get to know one another. As time permits, I encourage you to put more information in your profile and to create a signature (mine is an example) that tells folks who you are, where you are located and a bit about your bus. Once you create a signature in your profile it is attached to every post you make.

As has been suggested, your pictures are reduced a bit too much. The are 160 by 120 and you should shoot for something like 400 pixels on the large dimension, with 500 being even better. On the last few photos I have posted for Sonnie and Wayne, I have been going even bigger (800). That size may conflict with some screens, but I have not heard any complaints.

If you go to this thread: http://www.eaglesinternational.net/foru ... p?f=9&t=41 there is some discussion on free, easy to use software to resize your photos. On the program I mention, the "small" choice is about right for most photos on this site. I used the "medium" option and got the larger photos you see in this thread:

Let us know if you need help building your project page.

Jim

Thanks everyone! It is a pleasure for me to be a fellow member. I am a Eagle Bus nut for sure! As for the photo's, it was a case of " I had no idea what I was doing"... I wonder if some how I could start over and re-size the existing pictures. What should I do? When I initially uploaded the pictures, they looked too big. So, I let Photoshop re-size them (too small).

As for the Bus, It is a 1997 "almost" complete rebuild of a 1966 Trailways Eagle. It has a 9" raised roof, power steering, 740 auto trans and a 8V92 Detroit. It is an all electric coach with Wabasto Heat. The conversion was done by Tony Fisher at Southwestern coach in Copeland, KS with some "tweaking" by myself. I do all of my own repairs and maintenance.

As time permits, I will continue my post.

Thanks, Jim

Jim, I have met Toni and seen his work. He does some fine work and he likes eagles the best. I wanted him to do some work on my 05 but would have had to wait 18 months. I had someone else do the work turned out OK but I would have rather had Toni do the work. I am going to do most of the work on my 15, but the one thing I will have done is the upper siding. I have been talking to Toni to do the work. He is one of the best at streching the upper siding.

Good luck Wayne
