I knew Dan Larson from WA, and followed his conversion quite closely. I can't say for sure as
it may have been repainted and had the bogies removed, but Dan would not have done that.
I remember the humorous picture his wife took after he fell off some scaffolding and was standing
there covered with the "white" paint. For a few years, he and Sue attended rallies in their bus, and it
was white and had the standard model 10 rear suspension.
I am pretty sure that it is not Dan's conversion. As said, things can be changed and I could be wrong.

Ron, I suppose there may be more than one "Regal Eagle" out there. If so, I have never seen one other than the one Ramblin Fever did.

Bill, I don't seem to have the production records on my computer any more.
All the Hanford Eagles were shown as delivered to GSA (Government Services Agency) on the copy I had.

I thought those records were stored somewhere on this Board. I can't locate them.

Joe,
I don't remember your vin no., just that it is very close to mine (19924).
To get to the production numbers list on this board, go to the Board Index,
then to Club Chatter. Click on the topic, November News letter, but pay attention
to the instructions for signing in before you click. When you get to the "page" that lists the
newsletters, rosters, etc., at the bottom you will find the production records.
Again vin nos. 19920 thru 19924 do not show original purchaser. The records
I got with my bus, include the receiving inspection record that the Hanford
Weapons Faciity Vehicle Services performed to verify compliance with the contract.
If you have something that shows more, let me know.
Bill

Ron, your coach, serial no. 31147, was originally sold to CNY Centro in Syracuse, New York. They were the public transit agency and I believe they used them for a park and ride system. That might explain the Priority Express you referred to. Your bus was delivered on January 17, 1984 and was the last of the 11 coaches, bus serial numbers 31137 through 31147, delivered under that contract.

Bill, I show your coach sold to the U.S. Energy Research and Development Administration, delivered July of 1978.

Bill, I followed the link. That is not the same list I had before.

The list I have lost somewhere in my computer was more detailed. It clearly showed the Hanford buses as delivered to GSA. I believe it did also mention Hanford Nuclear Facility.

My VIN is 19902

Bill, Those came from the Yahoo Groups Eagle_Bus.

http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/E ... 20Records/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm not sure if you have to be a member to view them or not. I copied them as they are in Word doc.
