Mike, that is not a stock Eagle belt system.
I have to wonder out loud if that gear box (Prevost?) has resulted in the fan rotating backwards. Assuming that is the case, that would explain why the fan pulls the air across the engine and out the radiator.
Then the next question is whether the fan is designed to run in the current direction.
When I did my conversion, my gear box reversed the fan direction, but I purchased a fan designed for that rotation.
Would still like to see a picture of the radiator (my curiosity is getting the best of me).
