Hello everyone

After coming down with the same disease as all of you (Eagle Bus ownership!) I have joined this forum. I have a 1966 01 that was converted in the 90's and now is in need of continuous attention....I'm sure everyone understands!
I had an incident this past weekend where some lower form of society decided to use my roll-up door for target practice and one of the bullets took out my Bus windshield. I have called Orva Norris at Jefferson Bus and a number of other resources and come up dry. Does anyone have a windshield to spare? The PPG part number is D09G86 from what I'm told. It is 36" tall, and was the drivers side...though both sides are the same.
I can be reached at randy@motivesystemsinc.com or 805 238-7122
Thanks,
Randy Coons

Gary Bennett at B&B Coach in Vegas should have them. I buy mine from Curved Glass Distributors in CN. I ordered three last time and the shipping was free.

I talked to Gary yesterday and he is out of them. He usually gets them from Jefferson Bus but Orva Norris told me the last 10 windshields they got were not curved right. That is why he has none on order and none in stock. How to I get a hold of Curved Glass Dist?

Thanks,
Randy

Thanks everyone. I ordered (2) from curved glass in CT. Should have them in a couple of weeks. I guess they are an aftermarket part not PPG OEM windshields but the guy says should have no problems. So if all goes well I'll have a spare if someone needs one!

Welcome to the forum, Randy. I was a little concerned when I saw your registration, thinking that it was a spammer of sorts. Finally I realized that your handle is bus tyme instead of the separation of syllables that I first saw! :o

We all look forward to seeing a project thread with your bus!
