1968 Eagle 01/05 with Slide Out for Sale

We are selling our 1968 Bus and Car Company Silver Eagle 01/05 Prototype..I have it listed on EBAY for Best Offer or Buy It now..Please go to Ebay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/161209676309?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 to see pics and info. This has an 8V71 Non Turbo with 5 Sp Allison Automatic Transmission..All New dash, gauges, couch, front seats and ready to full time or use on weekends..Please NOTE, the paint is a 5 out of 10 and to be really nice, I would paint it..It is presentable now but the upper half by the roof clearcoat is peeling..Feel free to call me at 910-826-2235 obout this and I will give someone a killer deal if interested. We bought a Park Model in Florida and MUST sell by the end of the month..This motor only has less than 10,000 miles and the bus has about 108,000 from the info I recieved on it..The Vin is 8005. The Tires are about 2 yrs old and show no signs of rot..
Remember, this one has a Slide Out that works excellent and doesn't leak..The Generator and Air Assist will be fixed before delivery..Thanks Everyone..

Wow, that is THE original 05 made in 1967! 8006 was the second prototype and it would indeed be interesting to learn of its whereabouts. 8005 had the original fleet number of 1901 and became 11501. 8006 was 1902 and 11502. The numbering change took place in 1969 with the introduction of the 'New Look' 05 series. 11503 to 11507 were 1968 models with the 01 body style so 11508 was the first 05 with the 'square' look that we normally associate with the 05 model. 05 production continued up to early 1980 with the last ones looking like 10's on the outside but having the 8V-71, the four speed manual gearbox and the old style instrument panel.

I just saw the photos and she really has changed over the years. Looks really nice inside.
