31116 went to Ace Express before Appleways and 31007 was a GSA bus at the Hanford Nuclear in Wa state fwiw

Actually, it shows 31117 and 31118 were delivered to Dutch Boy. They don't show anything for 31007 - 31116.
Another listing shows the records as this:
