As of 12/1/2021, a major update of the forum software was accomplished
Update: 4/20/2024: The Eagles email account at GoDaddy no longer works. I have set up a gmail account as a workaround: eaglesinternational.email@gmail.com (This link seems to work for my outlook email, but may not work for other email platforms. If it does not load, copy and paste the link in your platform.)
Update: 4/27/2024: I am getting some SQL error pages as I click on different areas of our forum. Using the back arrow and hitting the link again usually loads the page. I will wait for a day or two before I have GoDaddy look into the problem.

What kind of weight we looking at per side unit? Approximate time to install and weld out? I understand the install time varies per individual, just average.

Re: Air Bag Retrofit 1990 Eagle 15 (Drive Axle)
I have the air bag drawing in my 15 manual yours are a better design the ones for the 15 in the manual where just used on the motor home chassis for leveling when parked fwiw they never worked .I use the sleeve type bag on the boogies since no parts are around for boogies and you need something on the boogies to balance the weight IMO
I can tell you 1 thing not to do don't grind the tabs off on the tube if you do they will rip out those lock the rubber in place BTDT

Jeffrey,
Enjoyed watching you develop a retrofit kit for the airbags on your Eagle. I have a 1966 M01 (that could benefit from airbags) and a 1983 M10 that is in good shape. I own a metal fabricating job shop called Motive Systems that specializes in weldments and waterjet cutting. Besides the waterjet we have CNC machines, precision welding equipment and a CNC Press Brake. We utilize SOLIDWORKS for design and GIBBSCAM. I have done a lot of projects on the buses that would probably benefit our many bus buddies, like your airbag project.
My guess is, like myself, you're busy running your business and haven't had time to promote your capabilities to the Eagle community. Let me know if you would like to collaborate on future projects. I'm not sure where you"re located but I'm on the central coast of California in Paso Robles. It's half way between LA and San Francisco, 25 miles inland from the ocean. If you ever get this way I'd love to buy you a beer and show you our buses. If you would like to talk Eagles, give me a call. The shop number is eight 0 five two three 8 seven one 22.
Keep up the nice work.
