Thanks

Re: Cleaner for Aluminum
Marc, the factory aluminum is anodized and that limits the results we can expect.
If your aluminum has been damaged by something like going to a truck wash (they often use acid), then nothing short of removing the anodizing and polishing will give you a shiny finish. However, that would doom you to a life of frequent polishing.
If your aluminum is not in too bad of shape, the prevailing recommendation is Wipe New: http://eagles-international.net/forums/ ... 04&p=29961.

Mines a '78. Turtle wax chrome and aluminum polish has worked well on the siding and stainless for the nearly 22 years we've owned it.

Re: Cleaner for Aluminum
Thanks for the feedback. Mine is still in good shape but wanted to see what the recommendations were before I tried any kind of product on it.

Re: Cleaner for Aluminum
Of the stainless steel cleaners, Shiela Shine seems to be the most used. It will make even dull anodized aluminum look good - temporarily, but it is very easy to spread on.
