Someone looking for Eagle parts in Austin

Post by Songman »

This is from a Craigslist ad I found while looking for new Eagle owners. I invited them to come here and take a look. If anyone has any of these parts for sale, you can reach them through the address listed in the ad. Hopefully they will sign up and tell us about their bus.

Here is the link to the ad.

There is an 8V71 miter box and there were two 6V92 miter boxes. The 6V92's had two different ratios on the miter boxes, 1 to 1 gear ratio and 1 to 1-1/4 gear ratio. The 1 to 1 gear ratio miter box had a shorter input shaft and was used on the late model 10's and 15's. There were no miter boxes installed with the 8V92's as Eagle had went to the hydraulic fan system at that time.
