Andy are you going with Autex or AM Equipment? I have used both but really like AM.

Re: model 10 electric windshield wipers
Andy, I am in a similar situation with my Model 10. I was just on the website for Autex: http://www.autexacs.com/products_reference.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and they offer a kit # ACS-EAG-002 EAGLE "Electric Conversion Kit for EAGLE-5-10-15-20 Two Speed with Intermittent". I am waiting for a call back to find out about prices and availability. I hope there is an on-wiper/washer solution too.
Boomer, do you know if AM Equipment makes a conversion kit? I was on their website but so far all I can find is individual parts.
TIA,
Fel

I can tell you for sure a model 15 or 20 wiper kit will not work on a 05 or 10

Re: model 10 electric windshield wipers
Yes, AM makes kits for Eagles. I have one on mine, but I do have a 15 breastplate. Call 'em and speak to Butch, he knows all down there.

Re: model 10 electric windshield wipers
Andy,
I don't recall exactly, but I believe when I changed my 05 to the Autex electric wipers several years ago, all the fits were behind the "breastplate". They are made to replace the air motors and mounting frames. The motor drive shafts go through the breastplate, but in the same configuration as the old air motors. It was a very easy change.
One thing. I changed the wiper panto-graphs and wipers. By buying longer panto-graphs, I was able to use longer wiper blades giving me much larger windshield wiping area. I don't remember the length of the panto-graphs, but I will measure and let you know if you like.
Bill
p.s. Someone asked if windshield washers were available, and they are.

Re: model 10 electric windshield wipers
Thanks guys for all the info, I did talk to Dan last nite and he said that there is little difference in 5's or 10's as far as the wiper motors. So I'm going with Tom kits.
Bill yes I would like you to measure yours if o would. Thanks Again Andy
